Trivia Night: The Office Edition @ WURST

Tuesday is no longer the “wurst” day of the week.  Get together for a night of cocktails and a little healthy competition on the last Tuesday of every month at Wurst. The games change every month to keep your Monopoly ego in check. Tickets are $20 and include one drink.

This month’s theme: The Office.

The Light in the Piazza @ Theatre Calgary

The theatre date is a classic and Theatre Calgary has just the show for you! Light in the Piazza is a story set in Italy in the year 1953 starring Margaret Johnson and her daughter Clara. When a gust of wind carries Clara’s hat to the feet of a handsome Tuscan man, romantic interest ensues and Margaret must decide whether to share a secret that may destroy her daughter’s happiness. A winner of six Tony awards, this modern musical will take your breath away.

Carnival Cocktails for Cancer @ Hotel Arts

The highly successful and anticipated Carnival Cocktails for Cancer returns to Hotel Arts on May 1, 2016. Talented teams from some of Calgary’s best restaurants will be serving dishes inspired by classic carnival fair, while the city’s top bartenders craft carnival themed cocktails.

DJ Carl Cassidy will be your ringmaster keeping you on your toes with surprises, entertainment, musical guests and more. Look forward to a silent auction with fabulous prizes too! All proceeds will go towards the Alberta Cancer Foundation at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre .

Dress code ranges from formal to fabulous, so feel free to get as creative as you’d like. Grab your tickets and join the fun.
