The menu features Russian dishes that have French and German influences.  The meal is paired with a stimulating conversation about classical music by Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra’s Concertmaster and First Violinist Diana Cohen in conversation with Principal Timpanist Alexander Cohen and Double Bass player, Matthew Heller. 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
